TABLELANDS EMPLOYMENT AGENCY INC. is an employment agency and a supported wage assessment service that has the resources and skills to provide people with a disability with support in obtaining employment in occupations that meet their individual needs and choice.

It is our intention to maintain, through our Quality Assurance System, a level of quality of service and reliability that shall equal or surpass the expectations of our Consumers.

The achievement of our quality objectives and our consumer’s wants and needs is the prime responsibility of all our staff.

Our staff’s involvement and dedication to quality ensures the maintenance of our reputation for ongoing satisfaction of our consumer's requirements.

We aim to continually achieve compliance with the priorities and conditions within the current government funding agreement, government acts and standards as required by the Families and Community Services.

To this end, we have documented our quality management practices in a format to meet the Commonwealth Disability Services Act 1986, the Commonwealth Disability Services Standards and the exacting standards of Australian / New Zealand Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.
