As a TEA client you
will be assigned a Qualified
Job
Co-ordinators who will tailor support to asssit you in
finding a job that matches your skills, abilities
and requirements. TEA will
provide job seekers with
ongoing support to assist you to
find and keep a
job.
Together with your
Job co-ordinator you will create an individual employment
plan that will outline the activites that you will
undertake in preparation for
employment.
Your
employment pathway plan will be developed
including:
● Resumes, job applications and selection
criteria's
● Job seeking
skills, interview skills and interview
preparation
● Job search activities/Job
matching
● Negotiating your needs with the
employer
● Work observations and work
experiences
● On the job and off the job training
and support
● Further support if your duties
change
● Ensure you are paid under Award
conditions
● Referrals to other
services
To receive a service from
TEA
You will require a Job
Capacity Assessment
(JCA)

A referral to a JCA can be
made through TEA, Centreline or another provider of
Australian Government Employment
Services
●
If you are currently employed and are having difficulties in
your job
