TEA can offer assitance, at no cost to Your Business by attending your worksite on commencement of employment to ensure that your new staff member:

• Understands your expectations in relation to quality of work and productivity levels  

TEA will Provide On Job Support to

• Supplement your training to ensure that your new staff memeber develops their skills needed to maintain employment  
• Provide further on job support and training as your employees duties change  
• Facilitate employer and employee relationships  
• Facilitate independence and inclusion within the workplace  
• Assess training need and progress on a regular basis  
• Ongoing maintenance to identify any further assistance your employee or your business may require  
• On-Site, on-the-job training and support for as long as required.  
• Assistance with training for altered or additional job duties.  
• Assistance with Federal Government Employment Allowances.  
• Advice with workplace modifications and equipment.  
• No charges or fees required for this service.  

    Work Experiences in your workplace

TEA will assist with any on job support and training that maybe required throughout the work experience.

Benefits for conducting work experiences at your work sites:

• Allows you to see the client in your workplace 
• Enables you to identify the skills and abilities of the client 
• Assess the client's work ethics within your workplace 
• Allow the employer to assess the clients' suitability to the worksite and the duties involved 
• Consider the client for future vacancies which would reduce advertising costs to your business 
• Promotes employer's status within the community 
• Assist you to find valuable employees by understanding the positions within your business and your expectations you have for your employees 

A TEA Job Co-ordinator will attend the Work Experience to assist the client with any on job support and training. The Job Co-ordinator will also observe and evaluate the requirements for your business should a position become available in the future.
